A review of the Proposed Stipulated Decision document submitted by the parties indicates that the document is incomplete with some of the language on the first page not legible. The Court will strike the document and direct the parties to submit an appropriate Stipulated Decision document.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision document submitted on March 24, 2022, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 15, 2022, submit an appropriate Stipulated Decision document.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
