Corbett v. Clason

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Dec 1, 1899
46 App. Div. 628 (N.Y. App. Div. 1899)

Opinion

December Term, 1899.

Upon the undisputed proof as appears by the record the defendant admitted an indebtedness to the plaintiff in the sum of ten dollars. Plaintiff was, therefore, entitled to recover this amount, and for this reason the judgment of the Municipal Court is reversed and a new trial ordered in the first district, costs to abide the event. All concurred.
