(1) Chevron U.S.A. Inc.'s Designation of Non-Party at Fault [Doc. # 14] is WITHDRAWN; and

(2) Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Chevron U.S.A. Inc.'s Designation of Non-Party at Fault [Doc. # 20] is DENIED as moot.
