Appeal from order of October 5, 1926, dismissed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the respondent, upon the concession made on the argument by appellant's counsel that he had accepted the costs imposed as a condition for opening the default by the order appealed from. Appeal from order of October 26, 1926, dismissed, without costs.
