ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for stay is STRICKEN because of the failure to provide a copy of a trial court order deciding a motion for stay and a transcript of the hearing on such a motion or a motion to waive the requirements of MCR 7.209(A) as requested in the February 27, 2024 Clerk's Office defect letter.

The motion to strike the motion for stay is DISMISSED as moot.
