ORDER
The Court REINSTATES the appeal.
On December 9, 2015, we denied court reporter Janessa Thornell's second request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record and ordered the trial court to make findings. On January 8, 2016, we received the reporter's record. Therefore, in the interest of expediting the appeal, we VACATE the December 9, 2015 order to the extent it required findings.
We ORDER the reporter's record received as of the date of this order.
Appellant's brief is due within thirty days of the date of this order.
