By order dated October 1, 2021, the Court extended the time to file appellant's amended brief and ordered it to be filed by October 11, 2021. By postcard dated October 12, 2021, we informed appellant that the amended brief submitted to the Court was not filed because it was not text searchable and did not comply with rule 9 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. We directed appellant to file a corrected brief within three days. To date, appellant has not done so. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted on appellant's September 8, 2021 brief.
Appellee's brief is due within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
