For the written reasons assigned and filed herein:

IT IS ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that judgment is hereby entered herein in favor of plaintiff, Cooperative Benefit Administrators, Inc. and against defendant, Dale R. Ogden, in the principal sum of $22,784.74, plus interest at the rate of eight percent (8%), compounded annually on the unpaid amount from the date on which defendant or her dependents received the Social Security disability benefits to the date on which defendant ultimately repays plaintiff, plus costs and attorneys fees, subject to credit for any amounts recouped by plaintiff prior to entry of this judgment.
