ORDERED that Steven Jones, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Charles Lupia, Esq., 120 East Washington Street, Suite 302, Syracuse, NY 13202, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
