Before the Court is appellant's April 28, 2022 "Motion to Declare that Court Reporter's Record was not filed; Motion to Vacate Clerk's Notice and Briefing Schedule; Motion to Abate; and Motion for an Order to Ensure Timely Filing of the Reporter's Record."
The reporter's record was filed April 11, 2022. Missing from the record are the State's exhibits 10, 10R, and 11R. We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent we ORDER court reporter Jennifer Corley to file a supplemental reporter's record with State's exhibits 10, 10R, and 11R within FOURTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.
In all other respects, we DENY appellant's motion.
Appellant's brief is due thirty days after the date the supplemental reporter's record containing State's exhibits 10, 10R, and 11R is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Jay Bender, Presiding Judge, County Court at Law No. 6; to Jennifer Corley, official court reporter, County Court at Law No. 6; to Kimberly Tinsley, deputy official court reporter, County Court at Law No. 6; to appellant at the address on file with the Court; and to the Collin County District Attorney's Office, Appellate Division.
