Having determined that this Court is without jurisdiction to consider the petition for writ of mandamus under any or all of the jurisdictional bases described in article V, section 3(b)( 3) and 3(b)(7)-(9), Florida Constitution, the petition is hereby dismissed. See Foley v. State, 969 So. 2d 283 (Fla. 2007); Gandy v. State, 846 So. 2d 1141 (Fla. 2003).

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
