AMENDED ORDER OF REFERRAL


On August 11, 2005, this Court referred a Motion to Enforce the Settlement Agreement filed by Stanley Riddle to Magistrate Judge Spero for a Report and Recommendation. (Docket 121.) It has come to the Court's attention that Mr. Riddle has consented to "have a United States Magistrate Judge conduct any and all further proceedings in this case, including trial, and the entry of a final judgment." ( See Docket 86.)

Accordingly, pursuant to that Consent, the Court amends its prior order of referral and it is HEREBY ORDERED that Mr. Riddle's Motion to Enforce the Settlement Agreement is REFERRED FOR FINAL DISPOSITION to Magistrate Judge Spero. Any appeal from Judge Spero's Order shall be taken directly to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
