Having received no response to this Court's order to show cause dated December 9, 2013, and petitioner's failure to submit the filing fee or a proper motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in accordance with this Court's order, dated December 9, 2013, this case is hereby dismissed as unauthorized, subject to reinstatement if petitioner demonstrates within fifteen days from the date of this order that he was not represented by counsel in the district court of appeal proceedings below at the time he filed his petition in this Court. See Johnson v. State, 974 So.2d 363 (Fla.2008); Logan v. State, 846 So.2d 472 (Fla.2003). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.
