CAMERON BLAKE COOPER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Jennifer E. Siegel Special Trial Judge

This case was originally calendared for trial at the Court's October 28, 2024, Tampa, Florida trial session. Respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute was calendared for hearing at that session. By Notice of Change of Trial Date served October 16, 2024, the Court rescheduled the trial session to commence on March 17, 2025, and we directed petitioner to respond to the pending motion in writing. No response has been received.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the motion is set for hearing at the time, date, and place shown in the Notice of Change of Trial Date. Petitioner is advised that the failure to attend the hearing could result in the entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion. It is further

ORDERED that, should respondent's motion be denied, the parties are expected to be ready for trial and that in all material aspects the Standing Pretrial Order served May 28, 2024, remains in full force and effect.
