On December 28, 2023, the Commissioner filed two motions to dismiss on ground of mootness. [Docs. 20, 21.] After the Court's review, it appears that the first document only included exhibits but no motion. The second document was filed properly with the Court. We will strike the incomplete copy of the motion from the record. For cause, it is
