ORDER

PER CURIAM Victor Cooper appeals from the trial court's judgment affirming the decision of the Civil Service Commission upholding his dismissal from the position of corrections officer for the City of St. Louis Division of Corrections.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum opinion for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order. The decision of the Civil Service Commission was supported by substantial and competent evidence on the whole record. The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
