ORDER

We DENY appellants' January 21, 2016 motion seeking permission to file a brief that exceeds the word limit.

On January 20, 2016, appellants' filed a third motion for an extension of time to file a brief. Appellants requested an extension to January 20, 2016. Appellants have not filed a brief. Accordingly, we DENY appellants' motion as moot.

On the Court's own motion, we ORDER appellants to file a brief that does not exceed the word limit by FEBRUARY 1, 2016.
