This case was called and recalled at the Court's November 15, 2021, Phoenix, Arizona remote trial session. Petitioner appeared and made an oral motion for continuance. Respondent appeared and offered no objection to petitioner's oral motion. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion for continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 14, 2022, the parties shall submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
