On Appeal from the 416th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 416-82809-2014

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated this appeal for a hearing to determine why appellant's brief had not been filed. On April 3, 2018, the trial court filed its findings. We ADOPT the trial court's findings that (1) appellant is indigent but desires to prosecute this appeal; (2) Stephanie Hudson is appellant's court appointed attorney; and (3) counsel will have appellant's brief filed no later than May 3, 2018.

We ORDER appellant's brief filed no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 3, 2018. Counsel is cautioned that the failure to file the brief by that time will result in her removal, without further notice, from this appeal.
