BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal is dismissed for failing to submit a copy of the order appealed pursuant to this court's April 30, 2014, order to show cause. This dismissal is without prejudice for the appellant to appeal any final order disposing of his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a).
