DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents-appellants for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 2, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 18, 2013, the respondents-appellants' may serve and file a supplemental brief in the form annexed to their motion papers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent may serve and file a brief in response to the respondents-appellants' supplemental brief on or before January 28, 2013, if they be so advised.
