Cook v. McDonough

Supreme Court of Florida
Mar 14, 2007
954 So. 2d 27 (Fla. 2007)

Opinion

No. SC05-1313.

March 14, 2007.

David Cook, a prisoner under sentence of death, has petitioned this Court for a writ of habeas corpus. Cook has alleged that his appellate counsel was ineffective, that omissions in the record precluded a proper direct appeal, and that this Court's harmless error analysis was inadequate. Having found no merit to any of these claims, we hereby deny habeas relief.

LEWIS, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, PARIENTE, QUINCE, CANTERO, and BELL, JJ., concur.
