ORDER

TENA CAMPBELL, United States District Judge.

This matter is before the court on Plaintiff Sharon H. Cook's "Notice of Appeal from Interlocutory Order." The court treats Ms. Cook's Notice as an appeal from United States Magistrate Judge Nuffer's May 5, 2003 Order denying Ms. Cook's motion to remove Judge Nuffer, which was based on Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 63. After carefully reviewing both Judge Nuffer's Order and Ms. Cook's objection, the court DENIES Ms. Cook's appeal.
