In re: Walter L. Cook applying for writ of review and certiorari. Parish of Bossier.


Writ denied. We find no error of law in the reasons stated by the Court of Appeal.

DENNIS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted to review and afford full hearing on the serious questions of constitutional and statutory law raised by this and other election disputes pending throughout the state.
