ENTRY OF DISMISSAL

{¶ 1} On December 6, 2004, this court issued a notice of failure of service requiring plaintiff to provide a correct address for defendant so that service of the complaint could be perfected. Plaintiff has not provided a new address for defendant. Therefore, plaintiff's action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
