Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed August 8, 2024, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before September 17, 2024, file with the Court a response or objection to respondent's aforementioned motion. Petitioner is advised that failure to respond to the Court's Order and/or failure to appear at the remote trial session on October 21, 2024, may result in the granting of respondent's motion, dismissal of this case, and a decision being entered against petitioner in the amount and for the year set forth in respondent's motion.
