Before the Court is appellant's November 8, 2017 motion to dismiss the appeal without prejudice. To the extent appellant asks the Court to dismiss the appeal, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). To the extent appellant requests any additional relief, we deny the motion.
