Supreme Court — Error proceedings from Public Utilities Commission — Section 547, General Code — Sixty-day limitation — Date of final order controls.

ERROR to the Public Utilities Commission.

This cause came on to be heard upon the motion of the defendant in error to dismiss the petition in error, and was argued by counsel. On consideration whereof, it is ordered and adjudged by this court that said motion be, and the same is hereby, sustained on authority of City of Dayton v. Public Utilities Commission, 111 Ohio St. 476.

Petition in error dismissed.
