Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On February 2, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioner had failed to submit the filing fee. On February 14, 2024, the Court received and filed a letter by petitioner in which he states that he is unable to pay the filing fee.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a copy of an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 29, 2024, petitioner shall file with the Court an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. Failure to file an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee by the foregoing date may result in the dismissal of this case.
