This case was stricken from the Court's February 1, 2021, San Diego, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on April 11, 2022, requesting additional time to submit stipulated decision documents, and again informing the Court that basis of settlement was reached with the Appeals Office on May 25, 2021. We will grant the parties request for an extension of time. If the parties need any further extension, they will need to provide a detailed status report regarding the steps taken toward resolution of this case since May 25, 2021. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before May 23, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file status reports regarding the steps taken toward resolution of this case. .
