MARSHA FRANCINA CONSTANTINE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On July 17, 2024, and July 18, 2024, petitioner filed sixteen documents under various improper titles (Docket Index Nos. 13 through 28). Despite their different titles, petitioner's filings consist of only four distinct documents, of which the remaining filings are duplicates: a screenshot of an internet search concerning IRS determinations (Docket Index No. 13); an image of a page from an IRS Notice CP12 dated June 13, 2022 (Docket Index No. 14); a screenshot of a note regarding the IRS Notice CP12 (Docket Index No. 22); and an image of a page of a tax transcript (Docket Index No. 23).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's filings at Docket Index Nos. 13, 14, 22, and 23 are recharacterized as petitioner's Exhibit(s). It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's duplicative filings at Docket Index Nos. 15 through 21 and 24 through 28 are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
