Motion to proceed upon the original record of appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeal may be perfected upon the original papers filed in the office of the county clerk, one signed original brief and appendix conforming with rule 1250.8 of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division, and six copies of the appellant's brief and appendix. The appeal shall be perfected in accordance with this Court's Rules of Practice.
