MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant Consolidated Interior Systems, Inc. has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1, stating that it wishes to dismiss this appeal because Appellee Wilson Construction Co. has filed a non-suit without prejudice of its claims against it in the trial court. The motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellant.
