ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING
CHANGE IN THE JUDGMENT
THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 25, 2011, be modified as follows:
1. On page 1 line 4, the word "Sara" is changed to "Sarah" so the sentence reads:
Annamaries mother and sister, Pamela and Sarah DeAngelo brought a competing petition for conservatorship.
2. On page 1 line 5, the word "Sara" is changed to "Sarah" so the sentence reads:
Pamela and Sarah prevailed, and were appointed conservators of A.C.
3. On page 2, line 3, the word "Sara" is changed to "Sarah" so the sentence reads:
At the time, A.C. was 10 years old, and her sister Sarah, was 15 years old.
4. On page 2, line 11, the word "Sara" is changed to "Sarah" so the sentenced reads:
In 2007, Pamela and Sarah filed requests for a third renewal of the restraining order.
5. On page 12, under the caption "Disposition" after the first sentence the following sentence is inserted:
Costs on appeal are awarded to respondents.
This modification changes the judgment.
Respondents petition for rehearing is denied.
