Conservatorship of the Person and Estate of RICHARD BEN HERSHBERGER, EMILY STUHLBARG et al., as Coconservators, etc., Petitioners and Respondents, v. MELIKE DEWEY HERSHBERGER, Objector and Appellant. B236505 California Court of Appeals, Second District, First Division September 25, 2012

Los Angeles County Super. Ct. No. BP124562.

ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on August 31, 2012, be modified as follows:

1. On page 3, in the fifth paragraph, the entire second sentence beginning with the words “No part” is deleted.

2. On page 5, lines 11 through 15, the word “unsworn” is deleted from each sentence, so the sentences read:

Even Melike’s statement in her petition to remove the conservators does not state that the address to which those notices were sent was not then her residence address. Moreover, the same statement by Melike expressly acknowledges that she did receive a notice after the hearing on the petition for appointment of a temporary conservator.

There is no change in the judgment.

Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.

MALLANO, P. J. ROTHSCHILD, J. CHANEY, J.
