MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant filed a notice of appeal with the trial court on January 30, 2003. This Court received the notice of appeal on May 12, 2003. By letter dated May 12, 2003, the Court notified appellant that a $125 filing fee was due and that the appeal would be dismissed without further notice if the fee was not paid within ten days of the date of the letter. The Court also notified appellant that the clerk's record was being held by the trial court clerk for payment. The Court directed appellant to pay for the clerk's record within ten days of the date of the Court's letter or the appeal was subject to dismissal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or paid for the clerk's record. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
