Assumpsit. Before KLEIN, J., without a jury. Finding entered in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $1.00, representing nominal damages. Order entered dismissing plaintiff's exceptions and judgment entered on the verdict. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 918, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No. 1534 of 1973. Submitted April 14, 1977.
