ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge.

On January 24, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report representing that they need time to identify certain issues. This case was originally calendared on the Court's March 20, 2017, Washington, D.C., trial session. It has been continued six times. Since July 2018 the parties have filed 11 status reports. The most recent of these status reports were to await final decision in Coffey v. Commissioner, 987 F.3d 808 (8th Cir. 2021), rev'g and remanding 150 T.C. 60 (2018). That case is now final, certiorari having been denied on January 10, 2022.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file, on or before April 11, 2022, a joint status report informing the Court of the next steps they intend to take to move this case toward resolution.
