ORDER


By Order dated June 21, 2001, the Court directed the Pro Se Office of this Court to seek to appoint pro bono counsel for the pro se plaintiff in this case and stayed discovery pending such appointment. The Pro Se Office has informed the Court that its efforts to secure counsel for the plaintiff have been unsuccessful. Accordingly, the matter is hereby restored to the active calendar. By separate order filed this day, the Court has referred the case to Magistrate Judge Peck for general pretrial management. The parties shall contact Judge Peck's chambers for instructions as to how to proceed.
