This is an appeal from an order on appellant's motion for enforcement, signed January 30, 2017. Appellee filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. The court requested a response from appellant, which was filed on March 30, 2018. Appellee filed a reply to the response on April 9, 2018. Appellant requested an extension of time on her brief, advising of difficulty obtaining a supplemental record.
The briefing schedule is suspended pending disposition of appellee's motion to dismiss. If the court determines that the motion should be taken with the case or denied, the briefing schedule will be reinstated and deadlines will be set in a subsequent order.
