This case is calendared for a remote trial at the Court's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Trial Session of the Court that is scheduled to begin on October 25, 2021. On September 10, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Compel Production of Documents (motion to compel). Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to compel, filed September 10, 2021, is granted, in that, on or before September 30, 2021, petitioner is ordered to produce all documents within petitioner's possession, custody and control described in respondent's motion to compel to respondent's counsel at 600 Arch St., Suite 03-14L-01, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19106, for inspection and copying. It is further

ORDERED that in the event petition does not fully comply with the provisions of this Order, the Court may impose sanctions pursuant to Tax Court Rule 104, which may include dismissal of this case and entry of a decision against petitioner.
