This case is calendared for trial at the Court's trial session set to commence on October 24, 2022, in Dallas, Texas.

On July 26, 2022, petitioners filed with the Court Petitioners' First Unopposed Motion for Continuance of Trial. Petitioners informed the Court that this case has not yet been assigned to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals for settlement consideration, and respondent has no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' First Unopposed Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed July 26, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the October 24, 2022, Dallas, Texas trial session, and this case is continued generally.
