ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Judge.

This case is calendared for the Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court, scheduled to commence December 5, 2016. On September 19, 2016, petitioners filed a First Request for Admissions, and on October 18, 2016, respondent filed a Response to First Request for Admissions.

On October 21, 2016, petitioners filed a Motion to Review the Sufficiency of Answers or Objections to Request for Admissions. In the motion, petitioners asks the Court to rule that respondent's responses are insufficient and that the requests numbered 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 36, 37, 38, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, and 70 be deemed admitted, or in the alternative, to order respondent to serve amended responses to petitioners.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before November 4, 2016, file with the Court and serve on petitioners a response to petitioners' Motion to Review the Sufficiency of Answers or Objection to Request for Admissions.
