ORDER
This 1st day of August 2001, the Court having carefully considered the appeal and cross-appeal in the light of the decisions and judgments of the Family Court dated November 13, 1998, January 11, 1999, August 2, 2000, and October 27, 2000, and together with the briefs of the parties, has determined as follows:
To the extent that: (a) the issues raised on appeal are factual, the record evidence supports the trial judge's factual findings; (b) the errors alleged on appeal are attributed to an abuse of discretion, the trial judge's rulings were well within the ambit of his discretion; (c) the issues raised on appeal are legal, they are controlled by settled Delaware law, which was properly applied.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgments of the Family Court are AFFIRMED.
