Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Norbert A. Higgins, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Allen Stone, Esq., P.O. Box 118, Vestal, NY 13851, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b).
