Carol Ann CONFORTI, individually and as administratrix ad prosequendum of the Estate of Kenneth Conforti and as parent natural guardian and guardian ad litem of A.C., a minor, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. COUNTY OF OCEAN, Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders, in their individual and official capacities, Ocean County Department of Corrections, Warden Theodore J. Hutler, in his individual and official capacity, and Corporal Petrizzo, Defendants-Petitioners, and Correctional Health Services, LLC, Prison Health Services, Inc., and Kelly Clough Defendants.


ORDER A petition for certification of the judgmentn for certification of the judgment in A-000817-18 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same; It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to Point I.A. of defendants’ petition for certification, which asks whether defendants were entitled to immunity under the Tort Claims Act, N.J.S.A. 59:6-4 to -6.
