An appeal having been taken to this Court by petitioner-appellant from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 8, 2017, And petitioner-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute said appeal as a poor person, for the assignment of counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon submission of an affidavit indicating the sources of funds used to retain The Bozeman Law Firm PLLC (Vinita Ullal, Esq.), and why said funds are no longer available to prosecute the appeal.
