An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about February 4, 2015, And an interim order of a Justice of this Court, having been entered on or about July 27, 2017, granting respondent an interim stay of adoption of the subject child pending determination of the motion within, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that respondent's motion is denied and the interim stay of adoption is vacated.
