Respondent-appellant having moved for a stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, New York County, dated July 9, 2018, and to remand the matter for a hearing, as to changed circumstances and the best interests of the child before another Judge, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
