Appeals and cross appeals having been taken from a judgment of the Support Magistrate of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about October 27, 2015, under Docket No. F-2657-93/11G; and from orders of the same Support Magistrate, entered on October 27, 2015, under Docket No. F-2657-93/10E; and from orders of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about January 4, 2016, February 29, 2016, March 29, 2016, January 6, 2017, and February 10, 2017 And petitioner/respondent Jesse M.H. having moved for an order taking judicial notice of certain federal medical websites, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals and cross appeals to the January 2018 Term; the motion is otherwise denied.
